MGPS DESIGN, DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Thorough planning is necessary to achieve the goals of the MGPS project, thus it is crucial to collect enough specific data at the beginning of the design phase. Together with the pertinent parties, we will develop clear guidelines for the project's scope, purpose, needed standards, and interpretation of department designations.
DRAWING SERVICES
To handle your MGPS safely and effectively, particularly during shutdowns and crises, up-to-date drawings and data are necessary.
When necessary, valves will be renumbered into one style and a complete valve log will be generated. MGPS Drawings will be prepared using industry standard blocks and symbols, contain the necessary data, and be appropriately layered. Every AVSU can be attached with engraved labelling in the Traffolyte style if necessary.
To improve and finish your drawings, we can offer some or all of the following:
Review of Site survey using the Site Plan and production of As-Fitted Drawings
Produce Schematic Drawings
Produce Isometric Drawings, Flow and Pressure drops
Apply engraved labelling to each AVSU and accessible line valve and compile a valve log
DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS
We provide validation of design services to ensure your system meets all the relevant standards and clinical needs. This can include some or all, but is not limited to the following:
Review of Site survey using the Site Plan for siting of Cryogenic Plant or new Plant
Review of Site survey using the Site Plan for Compound, Plant and Manifold room requirements
MGPS flow calculations and pipe sizing
Source equipment sizing and specification
Main, Ready to use and Local cylinder storage
Installations and maintenance requirements
PROCUREMENT & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIES
We work closely with established renowned stakeholders in the Healthcare Industry to source and procure quality MGPS equipment.
It may just be a one-off purchase or the ongoing supply of goods from our range of reputable. As part of our simplified procurement process, we will:
Engage with clients to ascertain MGPS Equipment requirements
Source MGPS Equipment based on client requirements
Provide Simplified Payment Solutions
Complete Procurement of MGPS Equipment
Conduct Pre shipment Inspection of MGPS Equipment
Provide status update information at each stage of the procurement lifecycle
Facilitate clearance of goods at destination Port for onward delivery if required
SPARE PARTS
We provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts, including anything from terminal unit servicing kits to major plant and manifold replacement components. In order to guarantee that the best components are provided and the right parts are identified, our team of committed professionals works in close cooperation with our clients.
ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
To enhance the effectiveness of the MGPS, we will create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and precise protocols that clearly define the roles and duties of all relevant MGPS Stakeholders. In order to encourage adherence to and implementation of the necessary planned preventative maintenance programmes, we will work with your healthcare facility.
SOPs for biomedical engineering personnel relating to equipment management and maintenance will also be developed and managers will be tasked to monitor process quality and to optimize it as needed.
Additionally, healthcare institutions will have access to manuals and guidelines, including those specific to individual items, on how to use and maintain medical gas equipment. Facilities requiring more complicated repairs will be supported with readily available, experienced technical help that adheres to pre-approved SLAs. The improvement of these practises will aid in preventing protracted maintenance delays.
HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Medical gas supply must be uninterrupted at service delivery locations in order for healthcare facilities to operate safely. By maintaining the purchase of enough and suitable amounts, our efficient and sustainable supply chain system for medical gases guarantees that the demand for medical gases does not exceed the supply that is currently available. By applying data-driven quantification of demands, we will be able to do away with supply stock-outs, administrative red tape, and unreliable suppliers.
By explicitly defining actions and duties within the SOPs to offer unambiguous arrangements governing the movement and transportation of full or empty cylinders, we develop procedures to reinforce the distribution systems of medicinal gases within facilities.
Our MGPS systems depend on a powerful Logistics Management Information System (LMIS), which has an automated inventory control and a reliable supply chain system.
